Deco Platinum & Diamond Tulip Engagement Ring

A delightfully romantic Art Deco engagement ring. The center diamond, a chunky beauty with great sparkle, is a 0.40ct old mine cut held in fancy triple split prongs. This highly detailed platinum ring has pierced tulips on its shoulders, with crisp milgrain and chevrons engraved on the tapered band. Each shoulder is set with three glittering accent diamonds. A petite piece with a pleasing low profile, this engagement ring is as practical as it is pretty. Circa 1920.
