Diamond Spangled 18ct & Platinum Oval Ring
Fresh from London...our latest batch of enchanting jewels from Across the Pond. We love the luxurious Edwardian technique of layering diamond-studded platinum over rich 18ct yellow gold. This exquisite ring looks like a platinum web, spangled with diamond dew drops and shining in the sun. The top of the ring is an oval of platinum, pierced in graceful arcing lines and liberally set with glittering rose cut diamonds. A pretty little old mine cut diamond is bezel set at the ring's center. Fine milgrain and beaded details elevate the metal work. The platinum top is set above the 18ct yellow gold body of the ring, with split and sculpted cathedral shoulders and a lovely openwork gallery. This classically Edwardian ring is beautiful from every angle. Circa 1900.
