This enchanting Edwardian engagement ring features a wonderful old diamond in a pretty buttercup setting. The 0.25ct diamond solitaire nestles amongst the 18k yellow gold flower petals. The diamond is a sparkly old mine cut, chunky with an open culet and lots of character. Eight delicate prongs secure the stone and display it to maximum advantage. Subtly flared shoulders taper into a narrow band. So pretty, with great antique charm. Circa 1900.

Details.....Currently a size 6.25. The ring may be sized up or down two sizes free of charge. Please contact us if you need this ring sized more than two sizes, it may be possible and will have a small fee. The head of the ring measures 5.2mm in diameter and the band tapers from 3.7mm at the shoulder to 1.5mm wide at the back of the band. In Very Good Antique Condition. You should always expect some wear on vintage and antique jewels, we consider it part of the charm.
