Fabulous Antique Lantern Link Married Chain Necklace

Fabulous antique lantern links makes this sterling silver married chain necklace truly special. A segment of three lantern links alternated with fancy woven link chain is paired with round link chain.  A watch hook and t-bar hang from the bottommost ring. The unusual watch hook is wonderfully mechanical, the top screws up and down to open. The necklace clasps at the back with a new recycled spring ring. Wear all your favorite bits & bobs, lockets & fobs on this gorgeous necklace. The watch hook dates to 1850, the other ingredients date from circa 1870-1890. From the Married Chains Collection by Ancient Influences. All of the ingredients in this necklace are recycled and vintage. I love using vintage findings, and am thrilled by the discovery of just the right split ring or hook for a piece.

Details.....The chain is 24.5" long. The woven chain is 4.6mm wide, the round link chain is 3.8mm wide. The lantern links measure 1.28" by 0.24". The spring ring measures 10mm wide, the hook is 0.82" long, the t-bar is 1.52" long. The piece weighs 29.9 grams.
