This weighty sterling silver English medal fob is unusual due to its double sided, three-dimensional construction. The shield-shaped medal wears an engraved crown. A 3-d cast shield sits at the fob's center, in an engraved frame of cut work. The back of the medal is the same, except for hallmarking. The medal bears no personal engraving, it is fresh and ready for your own message. This bold fob will make a statement worn on one of our Ancient Influences married chains.

The medal is hallmarked for Birmingham, sterling silver and the year 1905. It is signed with the maker's mark WHH for William Hair Haseler, a silversmith producing out of Birmingham at the time. It is marked with the number Rd 304726.

Details.....The medal measures 1.01" wide, 1.65" long and 0.25" thick. It weighs 10.96 grams. In Very Good Antique Condition, there is a small dent on the back. You should always expect some wear on vintage and antique jewels, we consider it part of the charm.
