Golden Sun & Tiny Silver Bead Knotted Necklace

The Knotted Collection of bracelets and necklaces feature various beads I have collected over the last 30 years. Hand strung & knotted on colored silks with intention, by me. The suppleness of these pieces, when worn and held, is wonderful.

Tiny antique silver beads from my bead collection are intermittently hand knotted on black silk. A fascinating accent bead composed of gold wire wound into a sun-like shape is placed in a jaunty position. The necklace is finished with a hook and eye clasp. Light weight, with the fascinating contrast in colors and textures that we love.

As with all of the pieces from the Ancient Influences Collection, there is a limited quantity of these materials and no two are ever exactly alike.

Details.....The necklace is 23" long. The gold detail measures 16.6mm by 12.2mm. The tiny antique silver beads are only 1mm wide.

All of the items in this collection are made using vintage bits & pieces and small imperfections are to be considered part of their charm.
