Gorgeous Gold Etruscan Revival Tassel Pendant

A Victorian tassel always makes a lovely necklace. The foxtail fringe moves when you do! This Etruscan Revival tassel pendant is particularly lovely. Its domed top is decorated with a band of applied Etruscan design. Each individual piece of the of the tassel is capped in a tiny bead which matches the beaded detail at the edge of the band. The tassel is suspended from vintage 14k gold C-clasp. The clasp makes the pendant easily wearable with any chain. Circa 1870.

From the Bits & Pieces Collection by Ancient Influences. All of the ingredients in this piece are recycled and vintage. I love using vintage findings, and am thrilled by the discovery of just the right split ring or hook for a piece.

Details.....The tassel is 1.85" long and 0.33" wide at the top. The spring ring is 8mm wide.
