Lacy Open Work Diamond Cluster Flower Ring
We are smitten with the antique flower rings we source in London, each one has its own unique flair. This example has a lovely, lacy open work design. The center of the flower is set with a diamond; six diamond-set petals surround, all set in exquisitely milgrained platinum. The decorative platinum top sits above the rich 18ct yellow gold body of the ring. We love this method of layering precious metals, it was a very popular technique during the Edwardian era. Delicate pinched shoulders and a slim band complete the pretty piece. This ring is a perfect gift for any occasion. Circa 1910.
