This romantic little heart pendant hails from the Metropolitan Museum of Art. The sterling silver heart is exquisitely pierced with a lacy pattern of tiny hearts and a star reminiscent of a sand dollar. The pendant hangs on a jump ring bale from a fun sterling silver shot beads chain. The back of the heart is marked "STER MMA." Imagine what fascinating exhibit inspired this unusual necklace.
