Icy platinum is layered over rich, buttery 18k yellow gold in this beautiful Edwardian diamond lavalier. The lavalier pendant is a dainty, feminine fashion that was quite popular at the turn of the 20th Century. This lovely example is set with sparkling old mine and rose cut diamonds, and a natural pearl dangles daintily from its bottom. The pendant is delicately pierced and glittering milgrain detail is engraved around the diamonds. Two points of articulation create supple, graceful movement. The pendant hangs on a new recycled platinum chain. Circa 1910.

Details.....The pendant measures 1.25" long by 5.3mm wide. The chain is 18" long. In Very Good Antique Condition. You should always expect some wear on vintage and antique jewels, we consider it part of the charm.
