Magnificent 18k Gas Pipe Bracelet with Rubies and Diamonds

This bracelet is not only stunningly beautiful it is a fine example of engineering, it curves and moves so wonderfully it is as delightful to wear as it is to look at. The buckle style hinged clasp is covered in bright Diamonds that have been perfectly flush set on its curving top, and to each side is a row of channel set square Rubies. Elegant, and wearable this bracelet will take your breath away. The combination of high carat gold, diamonds, and rubies was quite fashionable in the mid 20th century as was this style of bracelet referred to as "gas pipe". This magnificent jewel is marked 750 for 18k as well as having European hallmarks near the hinge that are slightly worn. The 750 was likely a mark which was added later when this bracelet was imported.

This bracelet comes with an independent appraisal done by a Master Gemologist Appraiser. It has an insurance replacement value of $14,200.

Gem Details.....There are 20 round brilliant full cut diamonds, VS-SI G/H, with a total weight of 1.14 carats, and 16 square step cut natural Rubies with a total weight of 1.92 carats.

Details.....The bracelet measures 8" in length & .80" in width, it weighs 101.28 grams. In Very Good Vintage condition, you should always expect some wear on vintage and antique pieces, we consider it a part of their charm.
