Naturalistic Twig & Flower Brooch with Cognac Diamond
A whimsical Victorian 14k gold brooch shaped as a naturalistic twig and flower. The twig is forked at each end, with a buttercup-like flower blooming at its center. A 0.35ct diamond with a warm cognac color sits at the flower's heart. Gold wire twines around the twig and blossom. Exquisite engraving of organic texture is enhanced by the gold's rich, iridescent bloom. This antique brooch is all original and utterly charming. Circa 1890.
