Simply Elegant Edwardian Five Opal Band

This Edwardian opal band is so elegantly simple, perfect for showcasing the natural beauty of the iridescent gems. Five fiery round opals are claw set in a 10k yellow gold ring. A shapely half round band tapers gently into the shank. It's really just perfect. The interior of the band is stamped with an "A" and a five pointed star, the maker's mark for Allsop Brothers. Circa 1900.

Allsop Brothers was an American jewelry company that produced gold and platinum rings from 1894 to 1937.
