Pretty Purple Amethyst in Sterling Bezel Necklace

A stunning Edwardian amethyst sparkles on a sterling silver chain. The faceted oval cut amethyst is held in a simple sterling silver bezel. The bezel is stationary on an oxidized cable chain that clasps at the back of the neck with a spring ring. This is a delightful choice for a February baby. Amethyst circa 1910.

From the Married Chains Collection by Ancient Influences. All of the ingredients in this necklace are recycled and vintage. I love using vintage findings, and am thrilled by the discovery of just the right split ring or hook for a piece.

Details.....The necklace is 18" long and the pendant measures 0.85" by 0.66".
