Sapphire and Diamond Gold Lavalier
A ruffled round of gold holds a tiny old mine cut diamond above a tear drop shaped panel set with a pale blue Montana sapphire. This pretty feminine pendant style was all the rage in the Edwardian era. Circa 1910, 10k yellow gold.
