Sweet 1930s Diamond Cluster Blossom Ring
We are smitten with the antique flower rings we source in London, each one has its own unique flair. This sweet example features a cluster of seven little diamonds set in a six-petaled flower shaped platinum setting. The exquisitely milgrained platinum top sits above the rich 18ct yellow gold body of the ring. We love this method of layering precious metals, it was a very popular technique during the Edwardian era. Delicate pinched shoulders and a slim band complete the pretty piece. The band bears the romantic engraved personal inscription "A.G. to M.D.R. 26/6/30." Circa 1930.
