Sweet Seashell Diamond Solitaire

A sweet Edwardian diamond belcher ring of softly swirled 10k gold. The spiraled gold setting recalls a chubby little seashell, offering up a sparkling 0.25ct old European cut diamond in its six little prongs. The belcher setting was popular in the late 1800s. The prongs that hold the stone are an integrated part of the ring, offering a sleek, tapered design and a low profile. Belcher settings are very popular right now, and the sculpted twist and pretty diamond elevate this solitaire above the crowd. Circa 1900.

Details.....Currently a size 7.25. This ring may be sized up or down two sizes free of charge. The top of the ring measures 6.9mm wide and tapers down to a 2.2mm band. In Very Good Antique Condition.
