Sweetly Modeled Forget Me Not Band by Jabel

A lovely 14k gold band of forget me not flowers framed in curling leaves. The wide openwork band is sensitively modeled with depth and complexity, each tender petal is sweetly dimpled. This charming piece would make a very romantic commitment ring, the forget me not has long been a symbol of lasting love. Circa 1940.  

This signed band was made by Jabel, one of the finest ring manufacturers in the early 20th century.
