The Best Antique French OMC Diamond Drop Earrings

The French make such lovely jewels. A fabulous pair of antique French Diamond Drop earrings are always at the top of my wish list and this unbelievably beautiful pair does not disappoint. The settings are Platinum on 18k yellow gold and have French hallmarks on the posts. The post and hinged back are an early version of what we commonly know as lever backs, and add a desired level of security to these lovelies. The Diamonds are Old Mine Cut and SI/H-I Giving a brilliant sparkle to them no matter the light. The diamonds have a total carat weight of 1.85. The way the diamonds are set in these beautifully crafted earrings let the light stream in from all angles throwing rainbow sparkles everywhere. This pair of earrings was made in France and sold in London, they are in their original box, the box is a bit worse for the wear but still quite lovely. Circa 1900.

Details.....The earrings are .68" long and .27" wide at the bottom diamond. The earrings are in Very Good Antique Condition. You should always expect some wear on Vintage and Antique Jewels, we consider it a part of their charm.
