This tiny 18k gold key is the key to someone's heart. Its bow is stamped "Del Cuore, " Italian for "Of my heart," which guarantees it, truth in advertising. Hard to believe something so small could be so powerful. A jump ring marked "Italy" makes the wee key easy to wear on a chain or charm bracelet. Circa 1950.
