Very Victorian Pale Green Sapphire & Diamond Ring
A cluster of diamonds and pale green sapphires crowns this very Victorian ring. Two diamonds and two garnets are prong set, raised above shoulders pierced, and engraved with a curling acanthus leaf motif. The garnets are slightly larger than the diamonds, creating a lively effect. The 10k gold band is flat and lightweight. This one is a charmer, with summertime hues and plenty of sparkle. Circa 1890.
Details.....Currently a size 9. The top of the ring measures 7.8mm by 8mm, and the band is 1.9mm wide. In Very Good Antique Condition. You should always expect some wear on vintage and antique jewels; we consider it part of the charm.
