Victorian Green Glass Cross Charm

A charming little Victorian cross of green glass. The colors of the glass are intended to emulate the beautiful stone malachite. The cross pendant is topped with a neoclassical style gold filled cap and bale. Very pretty. The edges of the cross show some chipping and wear appropriate to its age. The cross pendant is pictured here on one of our vintage chains, a perfect compliment to the piece and sold separately.  

From the Bits & Pieces Collection by Ancient Influences. All of the ingredients in this pendant are recycled and vintage. I love using vintage findings, and am thrilled by the discovery of just the right split ring or hook for a piece.

Details.....The cross is 1.20" by 0.20" long. Circa 1860.
