Victorian Rosy Gold Cigar Band
An early Victorian 14k rosy gold Cigar Band. This wide, flat band is versatile and so pretty in its glossy simplicity. It bears the faint traces of a dotted pattern, giving the piece a mysterious, antiquated feel. In the 19th century "Cigar Band" referred to this popular style of wide, thin, decorated bands. There was much variety in available designs, and this is a lovely example. Circa 1850.
Details.....The ring is a size 8. This ring may be sized up or down one size for a fee. The ring measures 5.6mm wide. In Good Antique Condition. You should always expect some wear on vintage and antique jewels, we consider it part of the charm.
