Whimsical Sapphire & Gold Contour Band
A whimsical sapphire band with a subtle contour. This Mid-Century ring has an Art Nouveau vibe with stylized organic design elements. Three wee sapphires are bezel set across the top of the 14k gold ring. The gold is sculpted with a texture reminiscent of twisted vines or tree roots; the sapphires recall knots in the wood. A slim, tapered shank completes the piece. This unusual band's shallow curve may snuggle up to your vintage engagement ring perfectly. Circa 1950.
Details.....Currently a size 5.5. The top of the ring measures 13.5mm by 3.1mm, and the band is 1mm wide. In Very Good Vintage Condition. You should expect all vintage and antique jewels to show some wear; we consider it part of their charm.
