Yellow Art Glass & Brass Filigree Drop Earrings
Early 20th-century brass and glass jewelry is a delightful genre, so glamorous and creative with an accessible price point. These drop earrings are a fun example of the style, with gorgeous art glass cabochons and elaborate brass filigree. The art glass is pale yellow with interesting optical effects that recall star sapphires. The glass gems are bezel set on discs of lacy brass with engraved details. Rectangular links connect the drops to the tops, each set with a single orange rhinestone. The earring tops are classic French wires. Circa 1930.
