Art Moderne Yellow & White Diamonds in Platinum Ring

This fierce Art Moderne engagement ring is set with a striking yellow diamond. The fabulously funky .34ct old mine-cut diamond has all the features we adore in these antique stones with a crisp, clean lemon color. Icy white platinum emphasizes the stone's gorgeous color. An unusual horizontal rectangular head displays the center stone in prongs, with white accent diamonds set to either side. Four additional white accent diamonds are set in step-side shoulders. A very low profile is the icing on the cake. Art Moderne developed out of 1930s Art Deco, emphasizing Deco's bold architectural elements. It is a striking and dynamic style that creates very interesting jewelry. Circa 1930.

Details.....Currently a size 6. The top of the ring measures 13.8mm by 5mm, and the band is 1mm wide. In Very Good Vintage Condition. You should always expect some wear on vintage and antique pieces; we consider it part of the charm.
