A superb Edwardian dome ring featuring a fabulous 1.20ct center diamond. The platinum dome is set with 36 round diamonds, bead-set in pierced tiers and raised bands. The 1.20ct old European cut diamond crowns the piece, set atop the dome in a circular gallery. Diamond set shoulders taper into a slim band engraved with a foliate design. Every thoughtful detail is perfectly placed. This ring has a particular drama, perfect for a particularly glamorous person. Circa 1900.

This ring comes with an insurance replacement cost appraisal. The appraisal is done by an independent gem lab. The appraised value is $13,200.

Diamond Details.....The center diamond is a 1.20ct old European cut with VS2 clarity and J-K color. Twenty-four early modern brilliant cut accent diamonds have a 0.78tcw with VS-SI-I clarity and G-H-I color range. Twelve round single cut accent diamonds have a 0.22tcw with VS-SI clarity and G-H-I color range. The diamonds have a total weight of 2.20 carats.

Details.....Currently a size 8.75. This ring may be sized up or down two sizes free of charge. Please contact us if you need this ring sized more than two sizes, it may be possible for a small fee. The top of the ring measures 15.5mm by 14.5mm and the band measures 1.4mm wide. The ring's profile stands 7.4mm tall. In Very Good Antique Condition.
