This transitional ring marries late Deco detail with early Mid-Century substance. The 14k white gold top of the ring is a horizontal oval with nice finger coverage. Three sparkling diamonds are set in a raised row of boxes across the top of the ring; in an unexpected move, the center stone is smaller than the two flanking stones. Pierced and milgrained "spokes" frame the center stones; a small diamond set in each "spoke." The diamonds have an approximate total weight of .40cts. The gallery is light filigree, pretty on profile. Soft shoulders taper into a slender band of very pale yellow gold. This will make a charming special occasion ring or a dramatic engagement ring. Circa 1940.

Details.....Currently a size 6. The top of the ring measures 16mm by 11mm, and the band is 1mm wide. In Very Good Vintage Condition. You should always expect some wear on vintage and antique pieces; we consider it part of the charm.
