Engraved Flourish Diamond & Sapphire Edwardian Ring

A delightful early Edwardian diamond and sapphire ring made in Birmingham, England. The top of the 18ct gold ring is a softly scalloped plaque. Three gems (a diamond and two flanking sapphires) are set in tiny incised squares across the plaque. Arcs of small rose-cut diamonds curve over the ring's shoulders, framing elaborately sculpted flourishes. Sparkling gems and soft, feminine lines give the ring its undeniable charm. The piece bears original hallmarks for Birmingham, England, 18ct gold, and the years 1901-02.

Details.....Currently a size 8.25. The band tapers from 5.9mm wide at the front to 2.4mm wide at the back. In Very Good Antique Condition. You should expect all vintage and antique jewels to show some wear; we consider it part of their charm.
