Ooh la la, this enchanting Art Deco sapphire solitaire is rich with charming Gallic motifs. The brilliant blue .86ct sapphire is an oval cushion set in lacy 14k white gold filigree. Fleur-de-lis-shaped prongs hold the velvety gemstone with an east/west orientation. The pierced gallery is embellished with lilies, and exquisite engraving covers every angle of the delicately tapered band. What a delightful and unusual engagement ring this piece would make.
