A Mid Century glass bead necklace with an enchanting aurora borealis finish. Graduated clear glass beads are strung on silk, alternating with bicone spacer beads. The prismatic aurora borealis finish enhances the sparkle of the faceted round beads. This necklace finishes with a hook clasp and beaded extender chain. Icy elegance, perfect for the Holidays. The iridescent aurora borealis finish was popular in the Mid 20th Century. Named for the fabulous light display of the Northern Hemisphere's night sky.

Details.....The necklace is 14" long and 17" with the extender chain. The beads graduate from 5.5mm to 11.2mm. In Very Good Vintage Condition. You should always expect some wear on vintage and antique jewels; we consider it a part of their charm.
