Brilliant Malachite & Turquoise Inlay Necklace Signed Kee

A striking Navajo necklace, inlaid with brilliant colored stones. This graphic pendant is a sterling silver rectangle, set with fabulous black matrix turquoise and verdant malachite. These stones have been cut into small rectangles and set in the silver rectangle. Lines of silver, red stone, and black onyx shoot through the design, adding depth and drama. The pendant hangs on a triangle bale from a sterling silver box chain. The back of the pendant bears a very cool maker's mark "Kee" alongside an engraved feather. The Kee family is well known for their excellent silversmith work. Circa 1970.
