A stunning strand of antique spun glass beads in every brilliant color of the spectrum. These hypnotically beautiful beads are graduated and hand knotted on bright blue silk. A 14k yellow gold bead clasp completes the necklace. These Venetian style spun glass beads were made using a lamp work process that reduces glass to thin threads then spins it into a bead. Circa 1900.
Details.....This necklace is 20" long, and the beads graduate from 6.9mm to 17.4mm in size. In Good Antique Condition, the beads show some minor damage. You should always expect some wear on antique and vintage jewelry; we consider it part of the charm.
