This elegant Art Deco crystal bead necklace displays a fabulous crystal Capricorn pendant. The crystal dome is reverse carved with a sea goat, the earth sign representing people born between December 22 and January 19. This carving sits in an ornate brass frame, suspended on a strand of faceted crystal beads knotted on white silk and finished with a lobster clasp. Such an unusual piece, the perfect gift for those fascinated with astrology and signs of the zodiac. Circa 1920.
Details.....The necklace is 19" long, the beads are 12mm in diameter, and the pendant measures 1.48" by 1.16". In Very Good Vintage Condition. You should always expect some wear on your vintage and antique jewels; we consider it part of their charm.
