Starry Diamond Victorian Locket & Slide Chain

A handsome 14k gold Victorian locket on a decorative slide chain. The hexagonal locket sits in a scrolled frame. A sparkly little diamond is star-set at its center. The relatively short cable chain is low-karat gold; its gold slide is lozenge-shaped with a star-set diamond, nicely matched with the locket. A watch hook supports the locket, so you can easily swap it for other pendants should the mood strike. The locket's interior is in good, clean condition, with no glass. This is a very pretty piece, and the length of the chain makes it practical for wear in the modern world. Circa 1880.

Details: The locket measures .95" by 1.07". The chain has a 17" wearable length, and the slide is .41" by .32". In Very Good Antique Condition. You should always expect some wear on vintage and antique jewels; we consider it part of the charm.
