A wee spider pendant set with colorful cabochon-cut gemstones. The creature's tiny body is crafted in 14k gold. A glossy red garnet is prong set in his thorax, a cool sapphire is prong set in his abdomen. The gemstones' saturated colors are quite complimentary. This pendant is a conversion jewel, re-purposed from an antique stick pin, with a jump ring added for versatility. It hangs on a modern 14k gold rope chain. A small jewel with big energy. Circa 1890.
Details.....The chain is 16" long. The pendant measures 6.6mm by 10.5mm. In Very Good Antique Condition. You should always expect some wear on your vintage and antique jewels, we consider it part of their charm.
