Antique Topaz & Old Mine Cut Diamond Ring

This ring is incredible and I have never seen another like it. A stunning oval Natural Topaz is set in the center with a surround of cushion shaped old mine cut diamonds. The ring is crafted of 18k yellow gold with the diamonds being set in silver as was popular in the mid 1800s. To add an extra layer of fabulousness the old mine diamonds running down the shoulders of the ring are graduated in size. The shape of this ring is not just stunning it is comfortable. Circa 1860.

This ring comes with an insurance replacement cost appraisal. The appraisal is done by an independent gem lab. The appraised value is $6700.

Gem Details.....The oval faceted golden topaz weighs 5.77ct, eye-clean and transparent, with a medium, Moderately Strong, yellowish orange color (yo 5/4). The 47 Old mine cut diamonds have a 69tcw, with VS-SI clarity and G-H -I color.

Details... Currently a size 5.25. The top of the ring measures 18.1mm by 14.2mm, and the band is 2.2mm wide. In Excellent Vintage Condition. You should expect all vintage and antique jewels to show some wear; we consider it part of their charm.
