Bright White Diamond in 1950s Platinum Solitaire Ring

A bright white .38ct solitaire diamond is displayed to perfection in this elegant platinum engagement ring. The sparkling diamond is raised up to the light, held in eight small prongs. Pinched cathedral shoulders taper gracefully into a slim band. Viewed in profile, the ring's head resembles a crown, and tiny spheres nestle beneath the canted shoulders. Lovely from every angle. Circa 1950.
