Cushion Cut Old Mine Diamond Ring

This pretty panel ring is another rare beauty. There are six super chunky Old Mine Diamonds set across the front in pairs, between each pair is a double spiral of silver, more spirals decorate the sides of the ring . Each diamond is held by a loop of silver in the center and prongs at either end. The ring is made of silver, which is a soft metal, so if you fall in love with this one there will be a bit of extra care. Circa 1850-70, there is a hallmark on the back of the band which I have not been able to place, it also shows this ring wasn't worn much in the last 150+ years or it would have been worn away. This ring is central European, perhaphs you will find the hallmark.

Details.....Currently a size 6.5. The top of the ring measures 7.5mm x 18.1mm and the band is 1.3mm wide. In Very Good Vintage Condition. You should always expect some wear on vintage and antique jewels, we consider it part of their charm.
