Darling clip-on doorknocker earrings from Coro. The tops of the gold-tone costume earrings are set with clear and aquamarine-colored baguette rhinestones. Lacy open work fans hang from the tops, edged in aqua-colored baguettes. Ever so sweet, these earrings are marked "Coro" on their backs. Circa 1950.
Emanuel Cohn and Carl Rosenberger established the New York accessories boutique Coro in 1901. Coro purchased a manufacturing facility in Providence, Rhode Island, in 1929, which became the world's largest costume jewelry facility.
Details.....The earrings measure .85" by .92". In Very Good Vintage Condition. You should always expect some wear on vintage and antique pieces; we consider it part of the charm.
