A verdant green emerald nestles between two dazzling diamonds in this classic trilogy ring. The .53ct oval cut emerald is prong-set between two .38ct brilliant cut diamonds, the sparkling diamonds emphasize the emerald's rich color. The gemstones are displayed in 14k yellow gold heads, raised above a tapering white gold band. This use of two-tone metal is unusual; it's an inversion of the typical white gold head and yellow gold band, giving the piece undeniable Mid Century chic. The symbolism of the trilogy ring is so romantic: three precious stones represent a bright past, present, and future. Circa 1950.

This ring comes with an insurance replacement cost appraisal. The appraisal is done by an independent gem lab. The appraised value is $4800.

Gemstone Details.....The emerald is a .53ct oval faceted cut, slightly included, transparent, with vstbG 5/3 color. Two round brilliant cut diamonds have a .76tcw, with VVS2-VS1 clarity and G-H color.
