Fascinating Amber & Silver Antique Bracelet

This fascinating bracelet features proud cabochons of butterscotch amber and little buttons of whisky-colored amber set in elaborately worked silver. Large wind rose-shaped links alternate with smaller curlicue links; severe cutwork and engraved details create a rather brutal aesthetic. The butterscotch amber sits at the center of the wind rose links, held in two tiers of slashed silver by many sharp prongs. The whiskey amber is set in the smaller links, nestled in fluted bezels. The silver has oxidized into a fabulous gunmetal color with a hint of iridescence. This unique piece fastens with a hidden slide clasp. Circa 1910.

Details.....The bracelet is 7.25" long, and 1.07" wide. In Very Good Antique Condition. You should expect some wear on all vintage and antique jewels; we consider it part of its charm.
