This Mid Century amber necklace borrows heavily from Art Nouveau design sensibility. The amber cabochon sits in a sterling silver bezel, wrapped in vines and nuzzled by two heart-shaped leaves. The amber has wonderful inclusions, petrified pollen and fragments of vegetation. The pendant comes on a sterling silver cable chain, but its large bale makes it easy to swap out the chain for a ribbon or leather thong. Circa 1960.
Details.....The chain is 20" long, and the pendant measures .75" by 1.40" with jump ring. In Very Good Vintage Condition. You should always expect some wear on vintage and antique jewels we consider it part of the charm.
