Modernist Yellow & Orange Rhinestone Necklace by Kramer

This striking Mid Century necklace features yellow and orange rhinestones in a chic Modernist design. Round, pear, and emerald-cut stones in a graphic arrangement create a rectangle-adjacent pendant with depth and texture. The pendant hangs on a chain of alternating round yellow and orange emerald-cut rhinestones. The piece is of excellent quality, the stones are prong set in gold-tone metal. It is signed "Kramer of New York" on its back. Would love to see the dress this interesting necklace will be worn with. Circa 1950.

Kramer of New York was founded by Louis Kramer in 1943, and the business produced beautiful, high-quality costume jewelry until sometime around 1980. Kramer was chosen to be Christian Dior's US manufacturer in the 1950s.

Details.....The necklace is 12" long, 15" long with extender chain. The pendant measures 1.6" by 1.4". In Very Good Vintage Condition. You should always expect some wear on vintage and antique pieces; we consider it part of the charm.
