Shapely Swarovski crystal drop earrings from Eisenberg. The clip-on earring tops are prong-set with round crystals supporting drops of round and pear-cut stones wrapped in flourishes of small rhinestones. The silver-tone metal enhances the crystals' sparkle. Voluptuously formed in three dimensions. Marked "Eisenberg" on the sides of the earring clips. Circa 1940.

Eisenberg & Sons is an esteemed American jewelry company that makes high-quality costume jewelry. Jonas Eisenberg established the company in Chicago in 1914, offering high-end womenswear. But, it was the clothing's ornate buttons and brooches that seized public attention. In the 1930s, the company launched a line of jewelry that used dazzling Swarovski crystals in innovative designs called Eisenberg Ice.
