A cheerful shield-shaped brooch in the classic Hollycraft color palette. A spectrum of pastel rhinestones in a variety of shapes is set in gold-tone metal. Well made, all of the stones in this costume piece are all prong or bezel set. The brooch fastens with a secure rollover clasp. Signed "Hollycraft Copr. 1955." Circa 1955.
Hollycraft jewelry was produced from 1948 to 1971 by the New York City based Hollywood Jewelry Manufacturing Company. Hollycraft costume jewels are high quality, easily recognizable and quite collectable.
Details.....The broach measures 2.15" by 1.5". In Very Good Vintage Condition. You should always expect some wear on vintage and antique pieces; we consider it part of the charm.
