This English sapphire and diamond picture frame ring is so sweet. A velvety-blue square cut sapphire is bezel-set within a frame of a diamonds, twinkling in the scalloped platinum top of the ring. The gem-set platinum is layered over a low profile 18ct gold gallery, with pinched cathedral shoulders and a slim band. An ideal engagement ring for a lover of colored gemstones. Circa 1900.
Details....Currently a size 6. The ring's top measures 7.6mm by 8mm, and the band is 1.5mm wide. In Very Good Antique Condition. You should always expect some wear on antique and vintage jewels; we consider it part of their charm.
