This Victorian sterling silver oval locket is double-sided, each side is set with an oval pane of glass. The locket opens easily; its interior compartment is spacious, perfect for preserving a small sentimental token. It would also make a fabulous shaker locket. The locket hangs on a sterling silver rope chain. An unusual piece, its simplicity is so appealing. Circa 1890.
Details.....The chain is 18" long, the locket measures .90" by 1.12", 1.50" with bale. In Very Good Antique Condition. You should always expect some wear on vintage and antique pieces, we consider it part of the charm.
