This sweet 14k gold Victorian tassel features a cluster of foxtail chains, suspended from a cap ringed in flowers. The flowers are applied in green and rose gold. So pretty. A 10k gold watch hook makes it easy to hang this special piece from anything you like. Circa 1870.
