A wonderful World War II era Swarovski crystal brooch from Eisenberg. The top of the piece resembles a pair of wings; marquis-cut crystals form sparkling feathers. A double five-pointed star dangles from wings. Each stone is carefully set in silver-tone costume metal, and the brooch fastens with a secure rollover clasp. Marked "Eisenberg" in block letters on its back. This is an unusual and beautifully made piece that evokes a sense of historical significance. Circa 1940.
